Are You LifeWise?
There is a stark difference between health and fitness and many have been
lured into focusing solely on fitness. It is all too common to see "fit"
individuals who are not healthy, but it is rare to see a healthy individual who
is not "fit."
At LifeWise, we first work toward achieving levels of health. Then, we
passionately facilitate performance
gains far beyond what many of our members initially thought possible.
We  accomplish this by  performing a thorough analysis of each member
and using our expert staff and affiliations, including registered dieticians and sports
nutritionists, massage
therapists, physical and
occupational therapists and medical practitioners, to prescribe the most
efficient and effective program for the member. Then a personal coach monitors each
member's progress.
Each prescribed program can be implemented in our facility, which includes an
aquatic training pool, cardio equipment and classes, air resistance equipment
and more. If you don't have time to come to our facility, we'll prescribe an in-home program for you.
Whether you're 8 or 80, an elite athlete or trying to regain health and
performance abilities after an injury, we focus on you, and we'll do our
best to meet your needs.
