Our base circuit training program is specifically designed to get you in and out of the facility in under an hour, yet provide a workout that can challenge even the elite athlete. Our state-of-the-art equipment and innovative tracking system allow us to monitor each client to ensure you are getting the results you want.

Our Focus Fitness group classes are a perfect complement to our circuit. They are the ultimate way to cross train and add fun to your workout. Each Focus Fitness class is 45 minutes are less and has one focus. Classes are specific to participant needs. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to our Focus program. Having a specific level plan allows us to directly focus on your needs while maintaining an appropriate intensity. In beginner classes technique and building a base fitness level are emphasized while our more advanced classes are appropriate for the avid fitness enthusiast as well as athletes who are incorporating cross training into their programs.

Focus Fitness is intended to meet the needs of everyone. We have classes for seniors, expectant mothers, new moms and kids, as well as interactive classes.
